These are some old Citadel Byzantine historical figures that I recently got in a trade.
I believe they were scuplted by the Perry twins, they were a lot of fun to paint.

This week just a small post with some Foundry medieval casualties. I will use them for fantasy gaming mainly, since I don't have a medieval army to fit them into.

Hello everyone, this week we have a bunch of different stuff for Warhammer or Oldhammer, from baggage train to regular troops.
One project in particular makes me very proud, after my Chrismas visit to Italy I brought back with me a unit of human spearmen that had been painted at 25% before I moved. I took the remaining 75% of the models (15) that were primed and only had their faces painted and got them finished.
These were a Harlequin box that I had bought in 1999 in Paris, while I was a student there and had integrated with various models to bring it to a more playable 20 models.
They are from a Lord of the Ring range and are the Guard of the White Tree of Gondor, but I had decided to paint them in a very colourful and un-unified scheme, to get an old school feel, I think I got the look I was going for.
The last two models are a couple of goblins that will go into my Khorne chaos goblin unit, just because they don't belong anywhere else.
Buongiorno a tutti, questa settimana abbiamo una varieta' di modelli per Warhammer o Oldhammer, da un carro delle salmerizie a delle truppe regolari.
Un progetto in particolare mi rende molto orgoglioso. Dopo la mia visita natalizia in Italia, ho portato in Canada un'unita' di lanceri umani di cui che avevo dipinto solo una parte. Ho preso la rimanenza (15) e l'ho portata con me, avevano il primer e le facce dipinte, e ho deciso di finirli.
Era una scatola della Harlequin che avevo comprato a Parigi nel 1999 quando studiavo la', l'ho integrata per portarla a 20 modelli, piu' utile in gioco.
Sono di una serie del Signore degli Anelli, sono le Guardie dell'Albero Bianco di Gondor, ma ho deciso di dipingerli non in uniforme e molto colorati, per dare un aspetto old school che penso stia bene.
Gli ultimi due pezzo sono un paio di goblin per la mia unita' di goblin del caos di Khorne.
