When we were first given it as a present, we immediately painted all the miniatures, but after a short period of time we lost interest in the game, since we were already playing Warhammer and more engaging and deep games.
After all these years, my brother took a couple of months, dipped all the figures and re-highlighted them all and based them (in classic 80s GW green, even if they are in a dungeon).
He also painted all the furniture and decors and made some custom foam trays that fit into the box and will forever preserv the paintjob.
Un paio di mesi fa, IlVJ ha incominciato un progetto di vui parlava da tempo, ha preso la nostra vecchia copia di Heroquest, regalataci nel Natale 1990 o 1991, e l'ha restaurata completamente.
Quando ci fu regalato il gioco, dipingemmo immediatamente tutte le miniature, ma dopo poche partite perdemmo interesse nel gioco, visto che eravamo gia' alle prese con Warhammer ed un tipo di giochi piu' complesso e interessante.
Dopo tutti questi anni, mio fratello si e' preso un paio di mesi, ha dippato e ri-lumeggiato tutte le miniature e ha fatto i piedistalli (nel classico verde GW anni '80, anche se sono in un dungeon).
Ha anche dipinto tutto il mobilio e gli accessori e ha fatto dei contenitori di gommapiuma per preservare per sempre la pittura.
