Badab war loyalist space marines for Epic/Space marines lealisti della Badab War per Epic

 I am slowly going on with my Badab War project, this is a bunch of Epic stuff that I pianted as loyalist forces, my idea is to have a little bit of every chapter involved in the conflict and use whatever I need for games, regardless of the specific chapter, as long as it belongs to one of the two factions.

I will be doing the same for 40K models, but I probably won't have enough to represent every single chapter.

Sto lentamente procedendo con il mio progetto della Badab War, questo e' un lotto di pezzi di Epic che ho dipinto come forze lealiste, l'idea e' di avere almeno un'unita' di ogni capitolo coinvolto nel conflitto e di usare quello che mi serve di partita in partita, senza badare allo specifico capito di appartenenza, fintanto che le unita' sono dello stesso schieramento.

Faro' lo stesso con i pezzi di 40K, ma probabilmente non ne avro' abbastanza per rappresentare ogni singolo capitolo.

This Crimson Fists Land Speeder has nothing to do with the Badab War, but I had a leftover model and since I have a 40K Crimson Fists army I wanted to have a representation with the little guys/Questo land speeder dei Crimson Fist hon ha nulla a che vedere con la Badab War, ma siccome ho un esercito di Crimson Fists in 40K, volevo avere una rappresentazione anche tra i piccoletti.

WWII German armour/Corazzati tedeschi della seconda guerra mondiale

 This week I have a big post. These are all the German tanks I painted in the last couple months, with pictures including the ones I did before, so that I can show the formations so far.

I built all these in the winter 2020/2021, then airbrushed the base colours in the summer of 2021 and finally got to finished them this summer.

It took quite a while, but I'm happy with the results and now my German army (the part I have here in Canada) has enough troops and armour to be useful on a battlefield.

I just started to build the next batch of models, the idea is to build and paint all I have left to do (about 25-30 models) by the end of next summer, hopefully adding some infantry in the meantime.

Questa settimana ho un post sostanzioso. Tutti i corazzati Tedeschi che ho dipinto nell'ultimo paio di mesi, con anche delle foto che includono quelli precedenti, per dare un'idea delle formazioni attuali.

Ho montato questi modelli nell'inverno del 2020/2021, li ho poi aerografati nell'estate 2021 e finalmente li ho completati quest'estate.

C'e' voluto un bel po', ma sono contento del risultato ed ora il mio esercito tedesco (la parte che ho qui in Canada) ha abbastanza elementi di truppe e corazzati da essere utilizzabile sul campo di battaglia.

Ho appena iniziato ad assemblare il prossimo lotto di modellini, l'idea e' di montare e dipingere tutto quello che mirimane (25-30 modelli) per la fine della prossima estate, proosibilmente aggiungendo altra fanteria nel frattempo.

Another unit of Napoleonics by IlVJ/Un'altra unita' di Napoleonici del VJ

 This is the latest unit of Napoleonic troops IlVJ painted, it is made of very old (1977) Ral PArtha models that I got in a trade for painting and gave to my brother, since I have no desire to paint or collect Napoleonic figures.

The 2 command models are self cast from Prince August, 25mm that fit perfectly with the small old troops.

He decided not to go crazy with this unit and just dip it with Army Painter QuickShade without subsequest highlights. It still turned out fantastic with a nice banner and bases.

Questa e' l'ultima unita' di Napoleonici dipinta dal VJ, e' composta di vecchi pezzi della Ral Partha (1977) che ho recuperato in un baratto per pittura, ma siccome non ho la minima intenzione di dipingere o collezionare truoppe Napoleoniche, li ho passati a mio fratello.

I due pezzi del comando sono della Price August (castati dal VJ), 25mm che complementano bene le dimensioni ridotte dei vecchi pezzi.

IlVJ ha deciso di non darsi troppo lavoro ed ha semplicemente dippato i modelli con l'Army Painted QuickShade senza successive lumeggiature, ma l'unita', con dei bei piedistalli e delle belle bandiere e' comunque impressionante.

HOTT reinforcements in 15mm/Rinforzi per HOTT in 15mm

 As someone might know, I'm not a big fan of 15mm (unlike IlVJ), but I have a couple of HOTT armies I collected over the years and back in 2009 at a bring and buy I managed to secure a couple of blister packs from Ral Partha with some 15mm D&D themed figures.

Now, only 13 years later, I painted them up, one is a dwarven war machine, which will be an addition to my 15mm Dwarven force (at the moment in Italy), the others are some Evil monsters and characters that will help me bulk up my friend Dave's undead army that I used recently.

Last, I made a Barker marker with a flaming skull that my friend Cristian 3D printed for me.

Come alcuni sanno, non sono un grande fan dei 15mm (a differenza del VJ), ma ho un paio di eserciti di HOTT che ho collezionato negli anni e nel lontano 2009, ad un bring and buy, comprai un paio di blisters della Ral Partha con dei pezzi di D&D in 15mm.

Ora, soli 13 anni piu' tardi, li ho finalmente dipinti, uno e' un pezzi d'artigleria dei nani, che si aggiungera' al mio contingente nanico (al momento in Italia), gli altri sono mostri e personaggi malvagi di D&D che usero' per rinforzare l'esercito di non morti del mio amico Deve che ho usato di recente.

Per ultinmo, ho fatto un Barker marker con un teschio fiammeggiante che il mio amico Cristian ma stampato in 3D.
