IlVJ's african colonial project is starting to take life, he has painted a good number of figures and has produced some very nice terrain. Here you are some pictures of the terrain.

 Next are two quite weird models that will be used for "less historical" and "more pulp" games. The giant is a toy IlVJ repainted, the steam tractor is 1/72 scale, but looks tight with 28mm models

Models for the Terminator game/Miniature del gioco di Terminator

I recently went to visit IlVJ, so I took the chance to take good pictures of his Terminator models. He is still painting some, such as infiltrators and a very nice Spider tank, but they were not finisched before I left. Picture of those will come later.

Battletech starter set miniatures/Miniature di Battletech del set per principianti

I've recently over to visit IlVJ in Tokyo and I found out someone had given him some plastic mechs from the Classic Battletech starter set. As he would never paint them I got up to the task.
They have been painted in a mix of styles and as part of different houses so that they can be used in as many combination as possible.

Di recente sono stato a trovare IlVJ a Tokyo ed ho scoperto che qualcuno gli aveva regalato alcuni mech di plastica dello starter set di Classic Battletech. Siccome lui non li avrebbe mai dipinti mi ci sono messo io.
Ho cercato di avere una buona varietà di colorazioni così da poter variare al massimo le partire.

Necromunda Spyrers gang/Squadra di Spyrers di Necromunda

This is a gang of Necromunda Spyrers I had undercoated years ago, but never got to play with. Since now I'm more into sci-fi and cyberpunk roleplaying I decided to gi ve them a more military looking paint scheme so that they can be used as a power armoured strike team.

Questa è una squadra di Spyrers di Necromunda che avevo primerato anni fa, ma con cui non ho mai giocato.
Siccome ora sono più per i giochi di ruolo di fantascienza o cyberpunk ho deciso di farli con una colorazione più militare in modo da poterli usare come squadra d'infiltrazione in armatura poteziata.

Warhammer Realm of chaos Slaanesh dark elfs/Elfi oscuri di Slaanesh per Warhammer Realm of chaos

These elfs are a kind of experiment, I wanted to make something similar to the dark elfs appearing in Realm of Chaos Slaves to Darkness in a Slaanesh warband. They have the "Brightly patterned skin" chaos attribute and so their skin is bright blue. Also the colour palette used is very unusual and doesn't match the more modern dark elf look, but I think they are spectacular and really catch the chaotic style of that period.
The mushrums on the bases help to give an 80s look.
I also think they'll look good as drows for D&D.

Questi elfi sono una specie di esperimento. Ho cercato di ricreare qualcosa di rassomigliante agli elfi oscuri che appaiono in una banda di Slaanesh in Realm of Chaos Slaves to Darkness. Gli elfi di quella banda hanno l'attributo "brightly patterned skin" (pelle di colore vivace?!?) e quindi la pelle blu acceso. Anche la gamma di colori usati sull'abbigliamento è molto particolare e non ha nulla a che vedere con il moderno stule dei dark elf, ma credo che siano comunque spettacolari e che rispecchino bene lo stile di quel periodo.
I funghi sui piedistalli servono a dare un ulteriore tocco anni '80.
Penso anche che siano perfetti come drows per D&D.
